memory leak #78

Hello,

first of all, thank you for this great plugin. There is big bug - this plugin has a memory leak.

Test were done with chrome v37, FireFox v32 IE v11 with "demo" page http://git.wimbarelds.nl/TimeCircles/index.html and page http://git.wimbarelds.nl/TimeCircles/readme.php

It can be observed that:

the memory used grows at least up to 500MB RAM
the leak is greater with more timers (on readme.php)
there is no memory leak on IE 11 (I guess garbage collection is more frequent there?)

extra:

on ie11 the menu on the left does not behave correctly if window is not wide enough (but that is a different problem)

I removed the memory leak and will submit it once I do some additional testing (Monday or Tuesday or so).
