All file changes were generated using this command: mvn wrapper:wrapper -Dmaven=3.9.6 as described in the Maven Wrapper documentation: https://maven.apache.org/wrapper/#using-a-different-version-of-maven

Just to be sure, I have run the wrapper command locally as well and the binaries are exactly the same. I don't want to get a supply chain attack given all the recent commotion about it :)
