"View Network" in stage 3 of Challenge doesn't show the result of netstat command

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click Challenge > "The CHALLENGE!" on the left hand side menu.
2. Pass stage 1 and stage 2.
3. Enter stage 3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expected: should output a table of current connections.
actual: no table is shown on the screen.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I'm using WebGoat 5.4 on Windows 8.1 

Please provide any additional information below.

Web-202 has been filed in our Jira project to validate.  Some changes were made 
in 6.x that may have addressed this.
