Support non-jar yui-compressor command #134

Add support for non-jar-based yui-compressor package installed via yum, apt-get, etc.

I'd love to merge this in, but you've been pushing A LOT (which is awesome of course — feel free to send more pull requests!) of other commits to this branch, and I can't merge all of them.

Could you move all commits except for 8cb1976 to another branch? :)
