Which version of Windows? There is no Widevine below 7 at this time.
And I suspect they may also be mandating a VMP signature in the browser which no independent browser has. I wonder if spoofing the user agent to Firefox may help as there seems to be more leniency from sites at this time for Firefox-related browsers, as even LibreWolf works with some streaming services known to protect with VMP.

Windows 7 SP1 I own other courses and they work great but I figured it's just with one. Maybe it's a problem inside Udemy. I'll contact with them, thanks for your work and response :D

Fellow (former) Udemy user here. I've noticed some of their material enforces Widevine, while others do not. The former throws the same errors in Supermium for me as well. Have you tried spoofing a Firefox user agent to see if that allows the content to play?

Hi, first of all, how do I change the user-agent? I tried with an extension but didn't work. I even installed Mercury (Firefox Fork) and the problem is there yet.
Hi there, I have an issue with my Udemy courses, the media player doesn't load and gets stuck at 0:00, I did some research about DRM and Widevine stuff but I can confirm is installed on Supermium so I don't know what could be the cause.
