Add an option to pre-enable Ungoogled flags and settings on installer #474

This is an excellent browser for Windows XP, but I have one recommendation. Please add an option to the installer to disable all safe browsing settings and pre-enable all ungoogled flags, so that Google is not involved at all upon request. It would be even more convenient if you were to use presets upon installlation with this box checked closer to ungoogled-chromium where Google is not present as a default search engine. Google sketches me out.

Yes, I will add a feature to create shortcuts with the --ungoogled-supermium switch enabled, and with the NULL search engine.
