ballon tooltip notifications #484

please add an option to make all the browser notifacations the legacy ballon tooltips. it would be nice

I'll look into it, but note that this would mean a loss of some functionality, specifically the large images that can appear in standard HTML5 notifications.

In browser notifications i cant see whole chapter text its half

That's certainly a good addition. I've been wondering why web notifications do not work in Chromium browsers on Windows 7 and older.

https://github.com/Alex313031/thorium-legacy/issues/50 Since 119 they don't work because apparently they disabled the old code entirely, no solution for the time being.

Oddly enough, notifications have always appeared on Vista and XP. I'll look into it deeper when 124 has been built and stabilized.
