ungoogled-supermium is largely based off ungoogled-chromium. As such, the process to access the Chrome Web Store is a little complicated but by following the instructions here (same steps as ungoogled-chromium): https://github.com/NeverDecaf/chromium-web-store - extensions can be downloaded.

but no image and can't use search

You weren't supposed to use CWS in Ungoogled Chromium, so it's same in Ungoogled Supermium. So either use Googled or find alternative ways to get extensions.

Are there any similar errors in the network log? image

Post the console log (Ctrl + Shift + I -> console). Does this issue occur with other google services too (recaptcha, translate, youtube, image search)?

Could you also try to open the link using Guest profile? (Ctrl+Shift+M -> Guest)? Does it load correctly?

The search and image issues are errors on my part. I saw fit to block any source of involuntary connections made by the browser (as in any request to Google made at random, when the browser was not on any Google pages or even on a page using Google analytics). This seems to have had an impact on some Google services beyond what ungoogled-chromium does. These blocks will be split into a separate flag named #ungoogled-supermium-aggressive for aggressive Google blocking.

Also experienced this issue with ungoogled mode. Further more few google services, such as search, translate (includes one from context menu), play market and other become non-functional or visually broken Even favicon.ico can't be loaded by sites, while opening normally GET https://ssl.gstatic.com/translate/favicon.ico net::ERR_INVALID_ARGUMENT
