Describe the bug Certain CPU platforms (like Pentium M lineup) even though they have SSE2, refuse to launch the browser with no debug file present.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Try to launch Supermium using the shortcut on Desktop or by running chrome.exe from the program files.

Expected behavior Browser window shows up without a issue.

Screenshots None.

Desktop:

Additional context I do not own this laptop, a member in a discord server tried it out on a Dell laptop and after it failed to launch 10 times, decided to give up and use K-Meleon instead.

@matu6968 It lacks SSE2

Pentium Ms do have SSE2 and they have run Supermium previously. Although I haven't tried Supermium on my ThinkPad T41 recently, although it only has 512 MB of RAM and a 5400 RPM HDD, resulting in very poor performance. The old 119-based builds would take up to 3 minutes to launch. I'll probably drag it out again and see what happens on the 124-based builds.

supermium runs 4min even on SSE4 from HDD (at least previews versions) it's runs fast only from SSD
