Bug symptoms: AccessViolation was happened on github site in function cc::PictureLayerImpl::AppendQuads().

To Reproduce can't reproduce it. It happened for the first time. And was not happened earlier.

Browser was runned with --process-per-site switch, so all github tabs was crashed.
