Create application shortcuts didn't do anything. #664

Cannot create application shortcuts

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Click to 'Menu'
  2. Go on 'More tools --> create shortcut'
  3. Add shortcuts (open in window)
  4. Didn't do anything

Expected behavior Create application shortcuts should be placed on the desktop.

Desktop: Windows XP Professional SP3 x86

Sounds like it may have tried to use some shell interface introduced in Vista. I'll see about adding the XP equivalent.
