chrome_url_fetcher folders in Program Files #684

Why do I have these folders prefixed with chrome_url_fetcher_ in my C:\Program Files ? Even if I delete them - every time I run Supermium new folders like these are created. How can I prevent these folders - or at least tell Supermium to create them in the %TEMP% folder rather than Program Files ?

Please go to chrome://settings/?search=preload. Is it enabled or disabled?

It is disabled. I think that these folders are created only on some specific condition (which I don't know what is) but I have not seen them for the last 2-3 days. Weird.
