Simple but annoying UI bug #692

Describe the bug Everything is somehow red for whatever reason

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to the new tab page
  2. Click on 'Customize Supermium'
  3. See error

Expected behavior It should show the normal theme menu from Chrome (CR23 with the appropriate flags enabled)

Additional context Also happens when editing were to save bookmarks if you hover on the location dropdown

I also noticed that the folders in the bookmarks bar and in the bookmarking menu are now inconsistent:

I much prefer the yellow folders; the new gray ones are very ugly.

I'm going back to v122 until the full release of v124.

This was caused by some pre-ChromeRefresh2023 code reversals that I didn't notice at first. I am reverting all relevant commits.
