Win7 titlebar forced on PWA windows on Win10 #695

I have #disable-windows-10-custom-titlebar enabled, as I'm using glass8 to get aero glass in my Win10 titlebars.

Supermium main window works perfectly, but all PWA windows have a Win7 titlebar, rather than a Windows 10 or glass8 titlebar: chrome_240623_118

Left is Supermium with YouTube PWA (displaying incorrect Win7 titlebar), right is Ungoogled Chromium with --disable-windows10-custom-titlebar and AlternativeTo PWA (displaying correct Win10/glass8 titlebar)

This extension which opens pages as popup has almost the correct window borders on Win10 (seems to be general window borders, not glassy)
