This is odd. I too run Win7ProSp1-64bit, fully updated, and Microsoft Security Essentials gave a clean bill to both, the 64-bit and the 32-bit versions of 124.0.6367.245 R2, using today's virus definition 1.417.233.0. Likewise with MalwareBytes v4.6.10. Try to disable temporarily the real-time protection of MSE, let the file download completely and then check the file manually with MSE by right-clicking on it.
