Describe the bug Nothing more than that when i open the lateral panel on every page this happens:

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to ANY PAGE
Click on Lateral panel icon
See error

Expected behavior It opens without GUI glitches

Desktop (please complete the following information):

OS: [e.g. Windows 7 sp1 x64]
Bitness of browser 32

Additional context idk

The launch options that i am using are --quick-intensive-throttling-after-loading --process-per-site

idk if it was a coincidence but i have launched supermium with the launch options --quick-intensive-throttling-after-loading --process-per-site --classic-omnibox --classic-omnibox-border --compact-ui --disable-features=DownloadBubble,TabHoverCards,PowerBookmarksSidePanel After that with a shortcut i have and when i open the lateral panel the entire browser completly hanged but i have tried second time and is not happening again
