Automatic Menu Update for Windows Virtual Machine Status Changes #3

The application menu fails to update when the status of a Windows virtual machine is changed externally (e.g., when the virtual machine is manually powered off or suspended). Currently, the menu does not reflect these changes unless the user manually clicks the 'Refresh Menu' button. It would be beneficial to have the menu automatically update upon launch, eliminating the need for manual refreshing.
