Windows 7
- only .NET 3.5
- with .NET 4.x
Windows 8 / 10
- only .NET 4.x
- with .NET 3.5

The experience on Windows 8 / 10 should have the priority. Bench should work out of the box with only .NET 4.x. Bench should provide a reasonable experience with only .NET 3.5 installed.
