Adding an additional app typ group could clarify the intend for dependency bags. Currently the Bench environment can not distinguish between a real app controlled solely by custom scripts (meta) and an organizational unit for grouping a number of apps (group).
Currently the UI can not handle groups in a different way then meta apps because there is no technical difference.
But an explicit distinction will be helpful, when improving the UI of the setup dialog; e.g. showing all groups at the top of the app list.
