Eclipse is not running without JDK #30

Eclipse has no dependency to the JDK 7 or 8 because both are optional for different Java development environments. But Eclipse PHP and CDT are not running without at least a JRE.

Added JRE 8 as app in 04570cca05f62de797e73bbe6c1f7310cee0c8bf

Made JRE 8 a dependency of all Eclipse apps in d0a5e4f506ce97989dedd4f8b7f75bfc2ea589dc
