It would be nice to have RabbitMQ as a message bus in the development stack.

It depends on Erlang, so that potentially needs to be installed too. RabbitMQ is provided as a portable ZIP file.

According to http://www.rabbitmq.com/install-windows-manual.html RabbitMQ commands can only be run with administrator privileges.

RabbitMQ can be run as an application without administrator priviledges.
