Do not require Git #54

Move the app Git from required apps to optional apps. Because Git is not directly required by Bench anymore and bootstrapping without Git is much faster (smaller initial download, fewer custom scripts).

Resolved in 6e89f9d6953ef8a90b49aec3fd141056cc86baac
