Correct git scanner options location #414

Hey Greg, this is a really small change to point to the right options location for the Git scanner. Not sure if it rises to the level of appending to the docs and so on, but if you prefer that let me know.

I guess you can tell that I don't actually use these options 😬🤦 ... thanks for noticing and thanks for the fix! Good pointer of a gap in the test coverage too[^lots].
