Figure out why SSL is dog slow on legacy app #110

Any SSL access (eg. to https://www.wincent.com/a/about/wincent/weblog/archives/) takes about 20 seconds. No visible errors, no load on the machine.

Noted while exploring #82.

Restarting Apache solved it. Not very satisfying, I know.
