Potentially do something about "invisible" search results

git grep finds any match, even if it is "invisible" like in a URL inside a link. This might be surprising, even if it is powerful.

Example:

• Search for: https://wincent.com/search/drunken
• Find two embarrassing old blog posts, but also these two, which don't show "drunken" anywhere on the page (it's actually inside link href attributes):
  • https://wincent.com/blog/open-source-licensing
  • https://wincent.com/blog/smarter-crash-reports-i-give-up

Not sure if there is anything I can do here, but wanted to at least document the issue. Labeling as a likely "wontfix".
