Integrate highlight.js #22

I have a couple ways to integrate highlight.js:

Client side (increases bundle size, but will work for Wikitext and Markdown alike).
Server side (can easily plug in to Markdown pipeline, but not so for Wikitext; highlighted code will be slightly more HTML over the wire).

I will eventually migrate away from wikitext (see #17), most likely, so I should bear that in mind when making a decision. Also, no urgency, as even unhighlighted code looks pretty decent with Skeleton CSS.

Ideally want this to work in two places:

In Markdown fenced code blocks (ie. delimited with ```language).
In snippets (ie. an .rb snippet should be highlighted as Ruby etc).
