Make Electron app for updating Git repo #35

The Vim + Marked 2 workflow is pretty nice, especially as I go tweaking the Vim setup, but I think I can do even better if I make a separate app that is tailored to provide a nice editing experience.

The main thing I wanted was autocomplete, and I have that now (as of bfabfe98fd48620f747b8bf15800aa2218654d1a), so going to close this.
