Redlink map is not capitalization aware #36

Wiki articles can be found at /wiki/foo or /wiki/Foo, but in our redlink map we only store the canonical version, meaning that one of the variants shows up as a redlink.

Hm. I don't know why I thought that this wasn't handled, but I think it is (see the downcase references here).
