This is one of the first major additions I have planned. It should definitely be possible.
That would be great. Hopefully before Mozilla completely removes description data from the db.
I want to add: Import from the HTML file and save back to HTML. Thank you!
Where does this store the description? In that, I mean, does it store this data into a file that can be edited?

Any notes you've saved should be with the rest of add-on storage, in your root profile folder as storage.sqlite
and storage-sync.sqlite
.
Ideally, it would be much better if these notes could be integrated in the main bookmark window instead of having a separate/duplicate bookmark manager.
This add-on should give to us THE DEVELOPERS OF MOZILLA! Other people should not waste their time and compose codes due to the fact that the developers of Firefox delete a single-one feature of Firefox for absolutely no apparent reason !
Hello Since FF62 there is no more Description-Field in the FF-Bookmarks. This Add-On fixes this lack. It would be great if there were some Import-Feature to get all the old descriptions from Pre-FF62 into the Add-On. That is possible? Thanks frank
