Add old library as an option for people who want the old results of Open Specy. #10

How should we maintain the previous states of the reference library and analyses? As long as we know that the newer versions are better and have rigorously tested them, do we actually need to maintain the older original versions? Can we just recommend people use the previous desktop version?

I think we will just host an old version of the app on shinyapps.io for people who want to stay retro.
