Met today with Gray Lab to talk about how to automate their analysis.
Add SNR to the correlation metadata
add a column which says "good match" or "bad match" depending on the threshold or "good signal" "bad signal".
Allow people to set their own thresholds for the SNR or for correlation.
Add % of pixels above SNR or above Corr and SNR as a print out on the plot.
Allow download of metadata for just signal to noise ratio of spectra.

Added most of these in PR, still pondering on how best to allow people to set their own thresholds and how to add a download for just the signal to noise ratio. Concerned with both that they are different types of functions that don't really go in "preprocessing" or "identification" so where should they go?
