This is not a bug, it's just that the correct information is not provided. Actually for Esoteric Bones the highest probability of getting 1-11H is 73.61% while your site lists 4-11H with 33.6%. otherwise it looks like getting 4 Bifurcated Skeleton is 2% more likely than 3 Esoteric Bones

Debatable. While 1-11H has 73.61% drop rate for Esoteric Bones, it is considered a bad efficiency stage that is not worth farming. 99% of the time you prioritize farming purple materials and get side drops, not the other way around.
