Create Sidebar [To manage domain aliases] #19

Features required:

  1. User (at the bottom) + a means to display that data from the authorization token. See #16
  2. We need a means for a user to add domains. In the beginning they're only going to be allowed to create new pages on the windflow.app domain. So in order to host www.windflow.io we need to be able to (via the UI) add windflow.io and www.windflow.io as aliases towindflow-io.windflow.app, etc.
