The code prompt for windicss appear repeatedly #520

Weirdly, when I disable the volar plugin, the repetition phenomenon disappears.

Then when I enable Volar, the prompt is not repeated, but if I restart VSCode, the prompt is repeated again

Windicss intellisense version: 0.21.6 Volar version: 1.2.0
