Create waku hooks for react to be used by `stays`. #123

Problem

Need to have hooks for making and receiving calls from waku. This should also include smart contract verification of received messages.

Ping / Pong Service:

[x] Listen for Pong
[x] Send Ping
[x] When received Pong, recover signature using serviceProviderRegister TypedDataDomain.
[ ] Verify that the EOA that signed the message is a valid BIDDER for the facilityId.

Bid / Ask Service:

Repeat the above for the Bid / Ask service.
