[Bug] 插入笔记 UI显示不完整

Environment

• OS: Windows11
• Zotero Version: 7.0.0-beta.98+0b3eda5d8 (64-bit)
• Plugin Version: 1.1.4 beta 99

Describe the bug

如上二图所示，当尝试使用 插入/链接 笔记 [到另一笔记]时，窗口显示不完整，看不到OK，cancel的按钮（如图一），每次必须手动调整窗口大小，才能完成整个过程（如图二）。
