[bug] better notes plugin conflicts with netero plugin

Environment

OS: Windows 11 22H2
Zotero Version: 7.0.7(64bit)
Plugin Version: better notes for zotero 2.0.10 netero:0.6.4

Describe the bug

When better notes for zotero plugin is enable, can't use the netero plugin to sync to notion. And make better notes disable and restart zotero, enable to sync to notion via netero.
