Fix actions

Got some problems when I used these files.

• wmill deps is updated (failed on some deno/node module not found)
• specified environment on the job so that it finds the secret

Those where the problems I got, the sync step is now working for me.

Did you feel like environnement is preferred versus repo wide secrets ? If yes, curious why

No, so I followed the steps from the readme and created a secret called WMILL_TOKEN, but both env vars and secrets is belonging to a environment. I just specified that so that the WMILL_TOKEN did not result in undefined
