Frontend update to docs #4426

[!IMPORTANT] Frontend documentation updated with 'Learn more' links and minor text adjustments for improved clarity and user guidance.

  • Documentation Links:
    • Added 'Learn more' links to settings descriptions in InstanceSettings.svelte and instanceSettings.ts for SMTP, Registries, Slack, SCIM/SAML, Debug, Telemetry, and other categories.
  • Text Adjustments:
    • Updated text in InstanceSettings.svelte to include critical alerts in SMTP description.
    • Changed 'S3 Storage' to 'Object Storage (S3)' in workspace_settings/+page.svelte.
  • Removals:
    • Removed Tooltip import from SuperadminSettings.svelte as it was unused.
  • Miscellaneous:
    • Minor capitalization changes in SuperadminSettings.svelte and instance_settings/+page.svelte for consistency.
