Official video for "Never Gonna Give You Up" sounds too high at default pitch

At first I thought this was because Rick Astley's voice is so low that the default pitch had to be higher to keep the speakers at a safe operating pitch, so I tried a different version of the same video. That's weird. They are both at 100% pitch and the first one has a higher pitch.

yeah I had the same issue too, I remember it doesn't happened on older versions
