SponsorBlock support

Adding support for SponsorBlock can skip sponsors, "comment, like and subscribe" reminders, previews and self-promotions in a video.

Excerpt from the readme:

SponsorBlock is an open-source crowdsourced browser extension to skip sponsor segments in YouTube videos. Users submit when a sponsor happens from the extension, and the extension automatically skips sponsors it knows about. It also supports skipping other categories, such as intros, outros and reminders to subscribe.

I think this would be great! maybe also add an on/off button for it in the settings so people who don't need it can just turn it off.

Would defiantly need the ability to toggle between Disable, Auto Skip, and Manual Skip individually for each type of segment. That's been an issue for other Clients that implement it.
