Hi all! This is a major update of Sparklr app WP version and a initial state of iOS and Android app. CHANGES Various fixes Design refresh

PS: Don't merge until the "Finish V2.0" commit.

Thanks, but this is no longer useful. I'll wait until the WP8.1 release to continue the develop ;)
