EOC files #22

When I cloned the project, I was confused by the EOC project and files. If I'm correct, they currently are duplicates of existing files? @jessenic told me that they were be @EaterOfCorpses, so I think we could remove them (or merge them into existing files). Or maybe we could move them into a separate branch if they are testing files?

That is testing project for SparklrLib/SparklrEOC.cs and that file is gonna be the main API class I suffixed it by EOC because they were using the other class in the app

Create a new branch. Then we merge it ;)
