Divide the progress bars into Scan Progress & Download Progress #303

What new or enhanced feature are you proposing?

Currently there is only 1 progress bar which has its %progress set by the 
%amount downloaded from what has been scanned so far (and is found to be 
missing). 

I am suggesting to have one progress bar display how far into the scan it has 
already covered and the other progress bar report the %amount downloaded from 
what has already been scanned (as it currently already does).

What goal would this enhancement help you achieve?

- Add 1 progress bar and change variable data a bit.
- Possible addition of scanning technique to pre-determine total.
