Enhancement. Support SimpleButton Interactive in MovieMaterial. #169

Current version of MovieMaterial didn't support interactive of
SimpleButton. Since SimpleButton handle interactive by internal, but not
will MouseEvent. 

This patch made interactive support of SimpleButton in MovieMaterial. The
concept is update the upState of SimpleButton for different mouse state.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Papervision3D Public Beta 2.0 - Great White (December 3rd, 2008)

with current papervision can't get the object to animate the rollover, where the
planes are refreshed you can see the change has occured but no on mouseover...i 
have
set the moviematerial's animated property to true but to no avail.
