Load arbitrary columns from Google Spreadsheets (and KML, etc?) #58

Most of the loaders, inc. Google Spreadsheets and KML, define only the 
standard elements for loading. It would be nice to offer developers a hook to 
add additional arbitrary elements from the source data - at very least a 
place to put in your own function, and possibly a way to define new data 
elements to load.

This is set for Google Spreadsheets, but I want to keep it open until I can 
look at 
KML and GeoRSS - the same technique should work.
