Black Screen on the right panel #1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. down load and unzip FC.GEPluginCtrls_2.zip 
2. ran WindowsFormsApplication1.exe
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Same as screen capture on the web page. Instead, I see Black Screen on the 
right.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I ran this on Windows XP

Please provide any additional information below.
