Hi, sorry I have not had time to get back sooner. You could always check out an 
earlier revision of the code...I have placed the last pre-2010 version into 
this directory:

Please note that this is a version dependent library that is built to use 
Googole Earth plug-in version: 5.2.1.1329, as such you will need to rebuild the 
RCW against the current plug-in version to get it to work.

Also, there have been a few changes to the code not relating to the binding 
model (binding was the reason for the change from 2008 (early bound RCW) to 
2010 (late bound dynamic types)), namely the additional support for historical 
imagery and time based elements. There are also updates to the server class as 
well as some bug fixes in the Math class. It would be worth updating these 
files if you decide to use the 2008 (early binding) version.

Anyhow, I hope that is of some use to you. Just check out the tag revision...
