Winforms app with menu bar, loading new kml GE covers up menu bar #99

When the app loads up initially, with kml loading from the form's constructor, 
all appears well.

When user selects another (or re-loads the same) kml file, the re-rendering of 
GE expands just enough on the top to cover up the forms menubar.

Have you seen this behavior before? Suggestions?

I'm not sure I understand what you mean. What is your set-up, what controls are 
you using? 

At a guess you would just need to select your menu-bar in the designer and 
choose 'send to back' as it is probably to do with the order you added your 
controls to your form.
