Please not that there's an attempt to revive IKVM using a new organisation, which should be the new place for PRs and stuff:
https://github.com/ikvm-revived
From my understanding of the build, the native DLLs are not build by default, so either you need to build IKVM including the native DLLs on your own or try an older binary release I'm keeping around:
https://github.com/ams-ts-ikvm/ikvm-bin
I didn't transfer that repo to the new organisation (yet), because I don't know if it's really useful or proper binary releases should be made instead.

Please note that anyone wanted to run Java GUI based applications like Minecraft launchers on IKVM should skip that ikvm-revived project right away, as it removed support for this and the developer is very hostile. He doesn't care about you and your problems. He will close your issues right away doesn't care even a little bit about your feelings.
The binary packages are missing the native libraries which are required for jni. Are these libraries available somewhere for download?
